Since the early 1970s in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Larry Clark has become a pioneer of street photography and one of the leading figures of American counter-culture. It was in 1995, with the highly controversial film KIDS, that Larry Clark stepped behind the camera. In 2005, Clark directed the film WASSUP ROCKERS, about a group of young skateboarders from the South Central neighborhood in Los Angeles.
