2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of works offered by the gallery.
Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Description of Works
Each work is described as precisely as possible (artist, technique, dimensions, year, edition where applicable).
The photographs presented on the site are for illustrative purposes. Slight color variations may exist between the image displayed on screen and the original work.
For photographic works, the edition number and total number of copies are indicated when the work belongs to a limited edition.

4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes.
Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.
The gallery reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the work will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

5. Order
The order is considered final after payment confirmation.
A confirmation email is sent to the buyer summarizing the order details.
The gallery reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with a customer or unavailability of the work.

6. Payment Terms
Payment may be made by the following means:

The order will only be processed after receipt and validation of payment.

7. Delivery
Works are shipped to the address indicated by the buyer when placing the order.
The gallery ensures appropriate packaging to protect the works during transport.
Delivery times are indicated for information purposes only and may vary depending on the destination.
Upon receipt, the buyer is invited to check the condition of the package and report any anomaly to the carrier.

8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, individual buyers have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the work to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The work must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned work.

9. Authenticity of Works
Works sold by the gallery are accompanied, where applicable, by a certificate of authenticity issued by the gallery or by the artist.

10. Intellectual Property
The acquisition of a work does not entail transfer of the copyright attached to it.
Any reproduction, representation, or distribution of the work remains subject to the authorization of the artist or their successors in accordance with the Intellectual Property Code.

11. Liability
The gallery cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper handling of the work after delivery.

12. Personal Data
Information collected in connection with the order is used solely for processing and tracking the order, in accordance with applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. The buyer may also use a consumer mediator in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
